Wash. Health Dept., Safeway Team Up for ‘Complete Eats’

The Washington State Department of Health and grocer Safeway kicked off Complete Eats last week, a program that makes fruits and vegetables more affordable for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) customers.
