Beefcakes! (AKA Meat Cupcakes)

Delicious!

Recipe:

• Mix up your favorite meatloaf recipe.
• Fill cupcake or muffin pan with mixture to achieve muffin shape.
• Bake in smoker or oven at 360 degrees to internal temp of 165
• Remove from heat and top with mashed potatoes (simulated icing)
• Optional: Use smaller cupcake pan for bite sized treats.
