Confluence Health Officials Discuss Delta Variant, Premera Contract
Dr. Peter Rutherford, CEO of Confluence Health, and the health care provider’s CEO-Elect Dr. Doug Wilson talk with KOHO Morning Show host Chris Hansen about the significant rise in regional COVID cases and how the Delta variant factors into that equation. Rutherford and Wilson also discuss the recently-announced non-renewal of Confluence’s contract with insurance provider Premera.
It would seem, that if both parties are sooooo concerned about the health and welfare of their clients as stated, they might consider a short term contract. This would go a long way in alleviating concerns. To me it’s unfathomable to consider dropping someone’s coverage during COVID and the effect it has on OUR community. Almighty $ rules again
