State Tax Credit Could Help Wash. Working Families ‘Pay the Bills’

The push is starting for 2020 legislation to provide tax breaks to working families in Washington state. It would mean an average tax credit of about $350 and affect an estimated 967,000 households. Eric Tegethoff has more.
