Major Revamps Coming To Old Warehouses, Offices, Signs In Wenatchee
Wenatchee Mayor Frank Kuntz joins Dan Langager on the KOHO Morning Show to talk about the future of two major pieces of land in the city – the old WSDOT buildings on North Wenatchee Avenue, which the city now owns, and Lineage Logistics’ south campus along Orondo Ave. and Columbia Street.
The Port Authority of Chelan-Douglas County plans to buy Lineage’s southern campus for $4.5 million, while the city may purchase the northern portion at 5th & Worthen Streets.
Kuntz also talks about updates to the city’s signage rules and housing code, both of which the city council wants to finalize and approve before the end of the year.
