Chelan PUD Unveils Draft Five-Year Strategic Plan, Including Rate Increases

The Chelan County PUD is nearing the finish line for a new strategic plan for 2020-2024.

General Manager Steve Wright joins Dan Langager on the KOHO Morning Show to talk about the four top priorities residents identified and how they responded to rate increases on electricity, water and fiber likely starting next year.
