Non-Profit Icicle Fund Celebrating 20 Years Of Helping Other Non-Profits

Supporting the environment, the arts and local history in North Central Washington is the mission of the Icicle Fund. And the non-profit is celebrating two decades of that work.

They hosted a soirée at Snow Owl Theater in Leavenworth last night, with supporters and partners from throughout the region.
