A Century-Old Gathering Place – Liberty Theater, Wurlitzer Pipe Organ Celebrate 100th June 28, 2019 | 0 This spring we celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Washington State Apple Blossom Festival. Now another local staple gets recognized for its centennial – Liberty Theater. David N. Gellatly Sr. at the Liberty Theatre Wurlitzer Organ on Sunday, August 14, 1988, where he played in a public concert as a fundraiser to help restore and re-install the instrument as a playing exhibit at the NCW Museum.
