2019 Legislature: Senate Transportation Package Would Raise Car Taxes, Fund Local Projects

A transportation package now in the state Senate proposes passing several revenue generating bills – from a gas tax to a carbon tax to increased fees for electric vehicles. The revenue would fund some local projects, as Marcus Bellissimo reports.
