2019 Park Projects, Polar Plunge Postponed – Wenatchee Parks & Rec Update

Dave Erickson, Director of the City of Wenatchee’s Parks, Recreation, Cemetary and Cultural Services Department, joins Dan Langager on the KOHO Morning Show to provide an update on several park projects this year – remediation on Saddle Rock, a new skate park at Hale Park, a new shelter at Rotary Park and more.

Erickson talks about the postponement of the annual Polar Plunge to Feb. 23 and getting kids signed up for spring and summer programs. They’re also hiring for seasonal, part and full time jobs.
