2019 Legislature: Local Experts Speak In Favor of Community Forest Grant Program Bill

The concept of community forests is growing across the country. A bill in the Washington Senate seeks to ease the financial burden of creating such a forest. Marcus Bellissimo reports on the local support for the measure, sponsored by Sen. Brad Hawkins of East Wenatchee.
