‘As Expected’ Traffic, Weather For Thanksgiving Travel, Wash. State Patrol Says

Probably no surprise – traffic was heavy over the Thanksgiving holiday, and Mother Nature didn’t help by creating snowy, icy roads from the mountain passes to eastern I-90.
