State Ecology Dept. Awards $220 Million From Capital Budget In Clean Water Grants

Clean water projects in North Central Washington will receive grant funding from the state capital construction budget, including the Peshastin-Dryden Wastewater Treatment Plant. If things had gone according to plan, that funding would have come through last year, as Marcus Bellissimo reports.
