Rural Wash. Gets A Voice In Carbon-Pricing Legislation

Today is the deadline for bills to get voted out of committee if they’re going to get a full floor vote in either the State House or Senate.
A bill in the Senate, pushed for heavily by Gov. Jay Inslee, would tax carbon polluters and use the money raised to invest in clean-energy jobs and forest restoration. Eric Tegethoff reports on how certain areas of rural Washington feel about the plan.
