Bill In Congress Would Protect Species Before They’re Endangered

Bipartisan legislation introduced in Congress last week would fund states’ efforts to manage species before they end up on the Endangered Species List. Proponents of the bill (HR 4647) say it is a more effective and less costly way to help wildlife. Eric Tegethoff reports.
