Washington’s Faith Community Responds to DACA Repeal Decision
President Donald Trump decided to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, which gave protections to people who were brought to the United States as children.
Washington’s Attorney General Bob Ferguson announced yesterday Washington, New York, Massachusetts and 12 other states, along with the District of Columbia, are suing the Trump administration over that decision. Many businesses and corporations have spoken out against it, and now faith communities are weighing in, as Eric Tegethoff reports.
