Officials Sign Off On North End Master Plan

The Douglas County Board of Commissioners and East Wenatchee city council gave final approval to the North End Master Plan last week after four years of research and development. The move provides a blueprint for future growth in the 317-acre area north of East Wenatchee at the east end of the Odabashian Bridge, likely into a regional jobs center and tourist destination.
