Early Harvest, High Quality Marks 2016 Cherry Crop

Apple harvest is going strong, pears are wrapping up and cherries are in the bag. The 2016 cherry harvest brought in 19 million 20-pound boxes, a rise from last year but down from 2014. KOHO’s Chris Hansen talks with Jon DeVaney, President of the Washington State Tree Fruit Association, to talk about this year’s early harvest and the current export market.
