City of Wenatchee Finalizing Draft Development Plan for North Avenue

With the Washington State Department of Transportation vacating their defunct buildings on North Wenatchee Avenue in the next two years and fruit warehouses lost in the Sleepy Hollow Fire, the city of Wenatchee could have upwards of 50 acres in the heart of city for brand new development.
The city’s Economic Development Director Steve King joins Morning Show Host Chris Hansen in the KOHO studios to talk about the draft plan under development, working with property owners and developers and what this area means for the future of the city.
