Arbitrator Orders Fired Sheriff’s Sergeant Reinstatement

The Chelan County Sheriff’s Office must reinstate Sergeant Mike Harris, fired over a year ago, after a ruling by an arbitrator last week. The arbitrator said the administration was biased in their decision to terminate Harris over time sheet inconsistencies and other past policy violations.
